Renny Lange
First came to work at St Gemma's Hospice Leeds in 1981 through the urging of a friend. Prior to this she had worked in a betting office but felt that hospice work was something she would like to do. Renny talks about how her role has changed, her relationship with the patients and the involvement of the Sisters of the Cross and Passion in the Hospice. She also discusses the implications of the change of management upon the role of the auxiliary.
